I thought you worked very hard and we appreciate all your efforts. I can’t think of anything you could have done to make the process more efficient or that I found was not constructive. Indeed, I thought your pre-mediation call after receiving the mediation statements was very helpful and your suggestion to make the presentation twice – once to Plaintiff and once to Defendant – despite the separate rooms was a great solution.
