DiCaprio ADR Announces Settlement in Doe v. IFC
DiCaprio ADR announces the settlement of Doe v. IFC, a putative class action brought in U.S. District Court, Delaware, by Honduran plaintiffs against the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, and IFC’s subsidiary, IFC Asset Management Corporation (AMC). The settlement is pending court approval. DiCaprio ADR was engaged by Plaintiffs’ legal team as a mediation and negotiation consultant and participated in the settlement process in that capacity.
