Salim v Mitchell (WAED): Member of trial and negotiation team in groundbreaking litigation against psychologists who designed and helped implement CIA enhanced interrogation techniques (aka torture) (Settled August 2017); Wiwa v. Shell (NYSD): Member of trial team in seminal international human rights litigation o/b/o Plaintiff-Niger Delta-indigenes against various Royal Dutch Shell entities arising out of Shell’s Niger Delta joint venture with the Nigerian government and co-led negotiations resulting in $15 Million Settlement; AdhikarivKBR (NDTX): Member of trial team in litigation on behalf of Nepalese human trafficking victims (settled against one defendant); Ratha v. Phatthana (CACD): Member of trial team for Cambodian Plaintiffs who were victims of human trafficking; Doe v. ExxonMobil (DCD): Member of trial team on behalf of Acehnese villagers against ExxonMobil for claims of summary execution, torture, sexual assault, arbitrary detention; Doe v.
